StateWide Realty, a family owned and operated Company, was founded in April, 2001, focusing on managing real estate and has expanded over time into a full service Realty Brokerage.  Our key staff consists of the following:

Hank Escaravage, R.P.A. - Founder & CEO, Company Broker Hank currently serves as the Broker/Realtor of StateWide Realty. Hank has over 18 years experience in the Real Estate and Property Management business and 24 years of service with US Air Force, achieving the highest enlisted grade (Chief Master Sergeant) ahead of schedule. He served the last seven years of his service as a First Sergeant and was a personal representative of the Commanding Officer. Hank received his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1996 and has completed 90% of the requirements for completion of the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation from the Building Owners and Management Institute (BOMI).

Hank's training includes: State of Alabama Licensed Broker Company and Branch Office Qualifying Real Estate Broker Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the BOMI Management II from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Preparing for Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) from BOMI 3 Associates Degrees including Aerospace Technology and Resource Management. He and his wife of over 37 years, Kathy, are the parents of 2 children: Melissa and Scot, and 6 grandchildren. Hank currently holds key positions in religious, civic, and fraternal organizations. Hank and Kathy currently reside in Prattville, Alabama.

Diana P. Mills - Broker, Residential and Commercial Sales After working at the Montgomery V.A. Medical Center for 25 years, Diana retired from the U.S. Government to become a licensed Alabama Realtor in 2004.  In 2006, after only two short years, Diana reached her goal of becoming a licensed Broker in the State of Alabama. She is an alumni of Alabama Christian College and Troy University of Montgomery. Diana has two grown children, Jeremy Mills and Heather Mills Nold. She has 7 grandchildren (6 boys, 1 girl ages 18 to 5) who are the apple of her eye - David, Justin, Jacob, Noah, Zachary, Katie & Eric. Diana currently lives on the Alabama River at Newport Landing with her husband, Riley Nettles, her dog, "Harley" and her cat, "Prince Tom". Diana's hobbies include Family Life, Christian Studies, Reading, writing poetry, amateur painting/artwork, photography, cooking, and of course, any activities involving her children and grandchildren. Melissa Hutcheson - Residential & Commercial Property Account Manager Melissa has over 18 years experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping, 12 years experience in Human Resources, and 6 years experience in Commercial & Residential Property Management. Melissa attended Brevard College, in North Carolina and Troy State University in Montgomery. She holds an Accounting certification from Auburn University Montgomery, training and enrichment Certification in Human Resources and is currently pursuing her Real Estate License. In June 2004, Melissa was recognized by the Montgomery County Department of Human Resources as playing a vital and crucial role in their endeavors to reunify families. Formerly an "Air Force Brat", Melissa has lived in the Montgomery, Alabama tri-county area since 1989. She and her husband, Danny, have one daughter, Ariana.

Danny Hutcheson - Associate Broker, Owner - StateWide Investments Danny is our Residential Sales Agent and Owner of StateWide Investments. StateWide Investments assists Investors in property purchases, renovations and sales. StateWide Investments also handles mortgage originations for investment property as well as private dwelling. Danny has over 17 years experience in Information Technology, 12 years experience in consulting, and 6 years experience in real estate. He holds an Associates of Science degree in Information Technology and a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery as well as Loan Origination Certification and Realtor ® designation by the State of Alabama. A native of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Danny currently lives in Prattville, Alabama, with his wife, Melissa, and stepdaughter, Ariana.

Melanie Bennett - Office Manager Melanie has over 10 years experience operating and managing her own home daycare service. She has 3 girls - ages 6, 13, and 15 who keep Melanie very busy! Melanie and her family have lived in Deatsville, Alabama for the past 15 years.

Sharilyn Shepard - Executive Assistant Sissy is our Montgomery Office Administrator.  She previously attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham, but currently attends Troy University of Montgomery, where she is pursuing a degree in nursing. Specializing in administrative and receptionist work, Sharilyn can assist with most any questions you may have. A true tri-county native, she currently resides with her family in Prattville, Alabama.

Roosevelt Watkins - Maintenance Staff Roosevelt has been with the Bell Building since the 1960's and can assist you with any questions you may have. Roosevelt has been married to his beautiful wife, Lucille, for over 40 years.
